Objectives of the position:

Accomplish color tinting tasks as the requst from the production plan timely and with good quality

Main Tasks:

-Accroding the production plan , accomplish timely and qualifiedly monthy;

-According to the reporting system of the tinting records, keep the records of related data, requirements of quality control, etc. and file in the team as reference for future review. Prepare relevant report to the supervisor daily/weekly/monthly.

-Efficiency improvement: cooperate with production team and other intrnal teams to Shorten the tinting time and tinting steps;raise up ideas to optimize the recipe

-On line service: cooperate with Competence center and TSI team to solve the realted issues on the line;

-Tinting paste arrangement: Manage the storage and delivery of the tinting paste; record in SAP and check the storage situation weekly;

-People management: Track absenteeism and time-keeping to ensure the sufficient manpower to meet workload -Check and arrange related cleaning work after working time;

-Follow the guidance of supervisor and prepare reports as requirement; 5S: Manage the whold shift team to meet the company requirements of quality and EHS.

Required for the position:

-Education:College or aboveWorking Experience:3+ years of relevant experice

-Technical&Professional Knowledge:chemical/color
