职位描述
Position: Tang Outdoor Butler
Job Description:
Before a trip: confirm service details with VIP families, which include itineraries, travel schedules, specialty food recommendation, overseas shopping, health conditions, tastes and preferences of VIP family members, customization of travel plans, etc..
During a trip: coordinate and integrate all the resources to ensure the smooth execution of designed travel plans; take care of the daily life of VIP families; observe their travelling experiences; take notes of their new requirements; keep a record of their unforgettable moments, tackle various unforeseen emergencies; communicate with Tang’s back office functions in time and strictly execute the solutions proposed by Tang cruises;
After a trip: compose Outdoor Butler Work Report; gather VIP families’ unforgettable moments during the trip and assist back office functions to compile Travel Diary for Tang travelers; collect feedbacks from VIP families for the travel arrangement; make clear their intentions for next trip.
Requirements：
1. Female between the age of 25 and 45 years old.
2. Diploma or above
3. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and competent in coordination and liaison in foreign countries.
4. Good personal image and temperament with a height between 160cm and 170cm and a neat figure; white and neat teeth, elegant manners, excellent Mandarin speaking and with a good dress sense.
5. Good at understanding and have keen perception; good at communication and coordination; able to handle conflicts and ease tensions; resilient and flexible; have a strong logical thinking ability; able to work under pressure and good at self-adjustment.
6. A good team player who can communicate with other team members efficiently.
7. Skilled at the application of mobile electronic devices, such as iPhone, iPad etc.
8. Knowledgeable, with a good taste and abundant overseas travelling experiences; candidates with oversea working experiences or oversea tour guide experiences are preferred.
9. Candidates with over two years’ high-end service experiences are preferred.
