Position: Travel Operator
Job description:
Integrate tourism resources and engage in designing tourism products for VIP, especially trips to Europe; negotiate with airlines, hotels, restaurants, transport suppliers and cooperating travel agencies about the available cabin rooms, cabin room booking, air-ticket booking, visa application etc.; assist our salespersons in sending out tour groups; maintain positive communication with our suppliers, develop and optimize supplier resources to support our tourism product development and marketing; make proper travel plans, cooperate closely with Tang outdoor butlers during the trip, and monitor the quality of the trip; in case of unforeseen emergencies or customer complaints ,communicate with relevant personnel and deal with them properly; consistently optimize itineraries or products on the basis of feedbacks from all aspects; able to predict potential risks and propose feasible solutions.
Requirements:
1. Male or female between the age of 22 and 35 years old.
2. Diploma or above
3. Familiar with European tourism products; experiences in cruise products is better.
4. Familiar with the process of overseas tour operations and with over 4 years’ experience in tourism industry; candidates with overseas travel agency resources are preferred.
5. A strong sense of service; highly responsible, organized and attentive; a good team player with excellent work ability; able to work under pressure.
6. CET-6 or above, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
7. Skilled at the application of Microsoft office software.
