Senior Sales Manager
A foreign capital company specialized in road pavement industry of a worldwide top level
expertise of engineering and management, leader on its domestic market and which gets
customers in more than 40 countries in the world, is launching an ambitious development

products and services to transport infrastructure managers.

In order to boost and sustain its business expansion in China, the company is looking for
a Senior Sales Manager.

Major Missions and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Sales VP and based in Shanghai, the Senior Sales Manager is in charge
of the following missions and responsibiilities over the whole country of China:
? work out the sales annual target and operation plan;
? actively seek business relationships and sales opportunities with existing and
potential business customers;
? quickly establish an aggressive sales system and network to meet sales objectives;
? arrange high level contacts for Company's management with key potential
customers;
? manage the whole sales producedure and the relation with key customer accounts;
? set up a management system to control sales performance.
Reporting to the Sales VP and based in Shanghai, the Senior Sales Manager is in charge

Required Education Background and Professional Profile
Holding a bachelor or above degree and having a professional experience of more than 8
years of proven experience in Road/Pavement process, technologies and
equipments/system sales, the candidate should:
? strongly commit to company's values and strategy;
? have strong sales channel development experience in Road / Pavement segments;
? have an excellent interpersonal skill and strong leadership in people and getting
things done;
? comfortably integrate and be competitive in a multi-cultural environment;
? of an excellent command of English and Chinese,rench is a plus;
? passionate and acumen for solution business sales.
