Responsibility职责：
1、According to process requirement, select model and audit parameter for new facility
根据生产工艺要求，对新购进设备选型和参数审核
2、Carry out affirmation of facility capacity in pre-acceptance phase and routine support production process to make related files
执行预验收阶段的设备能力确认及日常辅助生产工艺制定相关文件
3、Confirm and periodic support QA Department to calibrate facility, and make periodic PM and TPM according to facility status
确认并周期的配合质量部门校准设备仪器，针对设备状态制定周期的PM和TPM
4、Be sure of quality of heavy repaired facility will reach quality standard
保证经大修后的设备质量达到相关质量标准
5、According to the status of facility to make PM and TPM plan and monitor the effect of implement from maintenance technician.
根据设备状态制定有效的PM和TPM计划，并监督维修人员的实施效果
6、Be responsible for monitoring and training to production operators on facility maintenance
负责对生产工人进行设备和日常维护保养的监督和培训
7、Special management of key facility and machine, and establish technical files
对关键设备和重点设备进行特殊管理，并建立技术档案
8、Plan and manage for technical parameter and facility of electricity, water, gas, fuel gas compress air对电、水、汽、燃气、压缩空气等各种能源的技术参数、设备进行规划、管理
9、Management of facility spare parts对设备的备件进行管理
10、Establish, maintenance, manage facility list 建立、维护、管理公司设备台帐

Requirement要求：
1、College and majored in Mechanical or Mechanical & Electrical Integration or senior technician, but experienced one can beyond this condition
机械或机电一体化相关专业大专以上学历或高级技师，实际维修经验丰富的，资质可另外考虑
2、More than 3 years working experience in production facility and assembly facility maintenance, familiar with assembly line
三年以上生产设备及流水线设备的维修保养工作经验，熟悉装配生产线
3、Have knowledge of related mechanical maintenance, on top of CAD, Pro-E or SOLIDWORKS, and familiar with the theory of hydraulic pressure and pneumatic control system, can draw component chart independently
具有机械维修相关专业知识，熟练运用CAD，Pro-E或SOLIDWORKS，熟练掌握液压系统和气动系统原理，并能独立绘制零件图
4、Good capability of maintenance and analysis and solve problem skill, can deal with kinds of technical problems in production independently
有良好的实际维修技能，具有良好的分析问题，解决问题的能力，能独立处理生产过程中各类技术问题
5、Responsible, hard working, good team player and active to learn
有责任心、敬业精神和良好的团队合作精神，能吃苦耐劳，愿意积极主动地学习
6、Can read professional English files with tools, good English skill
能借助工具阅读设备的专业英文资料，有良好的英语听说读写能力
7、Familiar with Microsoft Office and Auto CAD 熟练运用微软办公软件和AutoCAD
