Responsibilities:
Maintaining and Developing the Wellness Portfolio
1. Drive product development from a local perspective ensuring regular new product launches that suits the local market.
2. Cooperate with global team and local factory to localize global products.
3. Monitor local consumers' appeal to support glocal product and packaging development.
4. Bring local competence to the Wellness team in order to ensure we fulfill Chinese market needs.
5. Correctly position the Wellness portfolio using local competence.
6. Facilitate the dialogue between global and regional versus the country organization, sharing and implementing ideas from both sides.

Market research
1. Regularly monitor and analyze the market incl. customer insight, competitor tracking, stay updated on trends etc.

Internal and External Communication and Support
1. Ensure that staff are motivated to push the Wellness range and confident in their product knowledge.
2. Support consultants and end-customers with any queries regarding the Wellness range. Act as the local "expert" on the Wellness products.
3. Catalogue and other print material support.

Requirement:
- Master degree in nutrition or equivalent.
- Fluent English skill, both spoken and written.
- At least 4-5 years of marketing or related experience, preferably in direct sales/nutrition/health care.
