I.SHORT JOB DESCRIPTION

Be involved in the whole scope of accounting process; key assistant for FC.

II.AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

1.Accounting
Fully respond for monthly close
Ensure the legality requirements and procedures of Tax Office, MOF etc.
Intercompany AR and AP
Assist in maintenance of internal procedures
Comprehensive and positive working with ERP system.

2.Miscellaneous
Other duties as assigned

III.SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES

1.Education/studies
University / college degree in Accounting or Finance or Business

2.Professional experience
Experience in Accounting positions for 7-8 years, with 3 years of supervisory responsibilities.
Manufacturing background preferred

3.Miscellaneous
English, written and oral, Good knowledge of PC-work (MS-Office: Excel etc.)

Stable and staunch character to fulfil the job

Working relationship
Communicate effectively, close cooperation with internal and external parts

Level of getting control
The supervisor has to be informed on important issues

Financial responsibility
Excellent and thorough record keeping is required to justify all Sales contracts. Any deviation that has a negative impact financially on the company must be thoroughly documented and reported.
