- Design and implementation of strategies in changing markets

- Elaboration and further development of the innovation strategy of IPS

-Evaluation of new technologies to meet the market

Product management

- Maintenance and extension of the product portfolio for own products and tuning the product roadmap

- 维护和丰富自有产品组合，并调整产品开发计划

- Lead product development projects (together with project leader) for new equity products

- 与项目主管一起带领产品开发项目

- Documentation of own products (data sheets, brochures, etc.)

- Planning and execution of product training (internal and external)

PR-and Communications management

- Active appearance in public: write PR articles, holding lectures, participation in associations

- Planning and implementation of communication (Internet, print media, etc.)

- 计划与实施沟通交流（网络，多媒体信息等）

- Planning and performing exhibitions

Job Requirements / 工作要求 :

-MBA certificate based on a technical / background(business area)

- MBA学历，有业务发展方面的技术背景

-Additional training or professional experience in the field of communication and marketing

- 沟通和开发市场能力强

-Strong affinity for innovation with the ability to inspire people for new

- 有强烈的创新能力及感染新结识的人员的能力

-Very good computer knowledge (Office, CRM,...)

- 良好的计算机知识

-Excellent analytical ability, enterpreneur thinking and acting

- 杰出的分析能力，有企业家意识及行动力

-Very good English
