Job Description:
1.Cooperate with HQ IT & Function Dept. on ERP (Lawson) & other system launching & maintaining;
2.Cooperate and support on business rpt creation;
3.Lead and develop IT team to support Shanghai Office, manage and improve the IT infrastructure service;
4.Monitoring the security for system & data and office PC support;
5.Be responsible for the system migration and data transformation
6.Keep up with latest developments in hardware & software and assist staff in understanding and using technology; conducts regular staff technology presentations and trainings.
7.IT equipment upgrading;

Job Requirements:
1.Bachelors Degree in IS, IT, or Computer Science or an equivalent Technical degree;
2.Experience with leading a team of engineers, and providing local management of projects and staff. 3-5 years of relevant support experience (retail, logistic or manufacturing companies);
3.Experience of administration of the server Windows server 2003 - 2008, Windows Domain (knowledge of the sites AD, GP, DFS, FRS,DNS,DHCP, etc.) Experience in implementing and maintaining Windows AD;
4.Experience of working with active network equipment Juniper, Cisco (base knowledge OS of this equipment IOS, Junos);
5.Basic knowledge of computer networking (routing, routing protocol, network architecture Ethernet, ip address, network appliance, types and components of wireless networks, VPN tunnels);
6.Experience in working with the programs for back-up servers, databases, file massive (Acronis, Symantec backup exec, Windows backup or other);
7.Methodical and logical fault finding;
8.Willingness and open to work on issues and find the root cause;
9.A logical and methodical approach to problem solving;
10.Capability to multitask, and work under pressure with changing priorities is essential to this role;
11.Flexible attitude to weekend and evening work is a must as individuals will be required to support implementations during off hours at times;
12.English language. Excellent verbal and written skills;
13.ERP launching and maintain experience preferred, especially Lawson;
14.Business Rpt or data analysis skills, preferred;
