Responsibility:
1. Manage in-house lab and arrange the daily work of all test specialist.
2. Establish SOP according to testing request. Training test specialist.
3. Maintain testing machine per request.
4. Manage material expendable to insure daily work.
5. Check and issue test reports.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in textile or related field.At least 3 years experience in a textile testing company or related.
2. With experience of managing textile lab will be preferred.
3. Familiar with commercial textile standards and methods, and testing working process,
4. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit,
5. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure.
6. Fluent English in both oral and written is must, Russian language skill is plus, good computer skills.
