Work Content Summary

1. Handle the inquiries from System

2. Answer those can be handled and transfer the others to proper teams

3. Raise case on AN system, raise case on Case/WO

4. IP registration (DI general, US/LCS registration leakage)

5. IP modification (Upgrade, cases that cannot be handled by Dalian team)

6. User management

7. i-Report user registration, terminal approval

8. Weekly GLPROD Outage Notification

9. Daily error data modification

10. Register System ID to GIB

11. SS hub owner seal modification & register to BFE

12. ANDi update, manual management

Domain Skill Requirement

Service Max end support experience (3~5 years) is must, have experience in enterprise level agile practice is preferred.

Soft Skills

Good communication, proactive, self-start, responsible, quick learner with ability to understand complex systems thoroughly and to change them efficiently, strong analytical skill and effective problem solving ability.

Language Requirement

Japanese is required for user support, English is required when raise Data requests to global team
