DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES 岗位责任描述
Position holder will covers hands-on application support for MIS application. He/she will be engaged in execution of new projects, transitioning them to operation and support a constant improvement process for a diverse environment, the applications support various functions and processes. Focus is on Business Operations (Finance) and Technical Operations (e.g. Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Procurement). The primary responsibility include
1. Supports and delivers MIS application projects according to planning focus in JDE Finance and warehouse management module.
2. Understands business requirements/process and translates them into MIS solution design;
3. Supports the test design and functional testing and ensures appropriate quality documentation
4. Provide training to end user.
5. Advices and guides MIS vendor in the countries and also other virtually contributing developer
6. Acts as a consultant to business and Project/Informatics management
7. Accountable for MIS compliance management and service management.
QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE 资历及工作经验要求
1. 5 years of work experience in IT application with a minimum 3 years of development experience with JDE Finance.
2. Strong experience with ETL and/or Oracle Database Development
3. Solid skills both technical and communication wise combined with skills analyzing business requirements and translate them into a MIS solution.
4. Project management skills and JDE skills are advantageous
5. Understanding of commercial operations, finance and logistics business processes are advantageous.
6. Fluent English language skills and work experience in a multi-national environment are advantageous.
