TASK:

The design of harness 2D drawing with CAP-M tool which needs to follow and control:

- 2D drawing evolution management process

- Evolution contents with FETE forms

- Evolution contents (FETEs) summary list between two stages of evolution

- Interface with 3D mathdata/formboard inputs

- Interface with electrical schematics(SdP) inputs

- Supplier Process constrains

- Assembly process requirements

The robustness of the harness 2D drawing design is checked according the following rules:

- Analysis and assessment of the robustness check list

- Analysis and assessment of the correctness with all the evolution contents (FETEs) requirements

- Analysis and assessment by the final sourced harness supplier of the project.

Management of wiring harness development:

- Management of the BOM

- Reporting of the job

Requirements:

Perfect control/skill of the Captical-Manufacture(CAP-M) software for harness 2D drawing design

Knowledge of harness (wires,connectors,terminals,tubes,clips,tapes,sleeves,bracket etc.)

Knowledge of electrical schematics(SdP).3D mathdata /formboard

Knowledge of office tools:EXCEL/ACESS/...
