职位描述
岗位职责：
Organize or participate in the organization of the audit:
· Carry out review of documentation
· Logistic preparations for the audit
· Obtain client approval for the audit program
· Identify & plan necessary resources for the audit
Carry out the audit:
· Lead the opening meeting
· Carry out interviews identified with client
· Prepare the conclusions for the report
· Lead the closing meeting at the end of the audit
·Agree the non-conformities with the client
Assess client compliance in order to issue or maintain certification.
Ensure timely production of good quality reports (including expenses claims) directly after the audit close-out, or within the designated time-frame (for referential demanding
Follow-up of actions to be done after the audit:
· Review the corrective actions proposed by the client
· Accept and sign off the corrective actions
· Submit the paperwork to the relevant local office
· Issue audit report and time-expenses report timely
· Maintain training log

Ensure the follow-up of the certification
· Plan in cooperation with the planning department to follow-up audits (paper follow-up and physical follow-up) in accordance with the terms of the contract.
Contribute to the sharing of knowledge
· Deliver external training and consultancy
· Remain abreast of changes in the relevant areas, as well as developments in norms and regulations
· Maintain and share knowledge and skills
Contribute to developing the business by providing leads
** Execute daily activities according to requirements of management systems (inc. Quality, HSE, ISO17020 etc.), ensure the performance aligned with management system.

任职要求：
Education: College degree or equivalent level with technical background
Working experience: 5+ years relevant working experience and at least 2 years in external auditing (depending on level)
Basic training & technical knowledge in relevant field completed by satisfying the competence requirements of the BVQi Management System (BMS)
Conversant with the terminology and principles of the relevant standards
Having successfully completed a registered or approved lead assessor course based on reference standard
Having taken part (as a provisional Auditor) in the required number of audits specified for in the BMS
Good understanding of BMS system, MO and PGG
English skills
PC skills
** Good health is required
CCAA QMS, EMS and OHSAS auditor qualification
