工作职责：
1. 负责接听客户的电话，并给客户提供专业的咨询；
2. 邀约客户体验课程，从而进一步了解课程与教学活动；
3. 向客户提供专业咨询，为客户推荐合适的课程，促成销售达成；
4. 控制电话质量，并实施客户的回访提醒和追踪跟进服务。

职位要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，一年以上英语培训行业销售经验；
2. 普通话标准，口齿清晰；
3. 沟通力强，具备出色的电话沟通技巧；
4. 思维敏捷，学习能力强；
5. 有责任感和良好的团队合作意识；
6. 具备销售意识，愿意挑战高薪，能承受工作压力；
