PTC, a publicly listed global software company headquartered in the U.S. (Nasdaq: PMTC), seeks to hire a Director of Compliance for China to join its compliance team for a position based in PTC's Asia Pacific headquarters located in Shanghai. This director level compliance position will be responsible for actively spearheading PTC's compliance efforts in China, including reviewing and enhancing current programs and policies, implementing a robust training program for employees and partners, working with management and staff on day-to-day compliance matters and investigating compliance issues as they arise. The Director of Compliance, China reports to PTC's Chief Compliance Officer based in Shanghai, China. The responsibilities of the Director of Compliance, China include: ? Developing, enhancing and implementing compliance programs; ? Developing training materials and conducting live training for senior leaders, employees and PTC partners; ? Supporting PTC's partner assessment efforts; ? Working with PTC's Compliance Committee to implement initiatives to raise awareness of ethics and compliance at PTC in China; ? Responding to general compliance questions; ? Investigating individual compliance matters; ? Providing support to PTC's legal counsel in China on matters involving compliance violations; ? Working with Human Resources to address compliance violations by employees; ? Providing quarterly reporting on ethics and compliance matters in China; and ? Staying current on compliance issues affecting PTC's business in China. Preferred Requirements: ? Candidates for this dynamic role should have three to five years experience working in a multi-national corporation focusing on China compliance, legal and/or audit matters. ? Experience handling compliance investigations is required. ? Chinese language skills are required. ? Fluency in written and spoken English is required. ? Experience in U.S. and/or U.K. anti-corruption law is preferred but not required. ? Experience working for a software company is preferred but not required. Basic Qualifications: ? University degree in the legal or finance fields.
