Based in the PTC office in Shanghai, the Technical Support Engineer is responsible to process technical inquires that come from Japanese customers (based in Japan) over the phone and email. The main responsibility is to provide database support for PTC's PLM solutions.

Mandatory

Success candidates must have one of the following

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Japanese

2. Ability to quickly master PC operations and new technologies

3. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide creative solutions

4. Strong communication skills in a multi national environment

5. Work experience with Japanese clients

6. Understanding of Japanese business etiquette

Preferred, but NOT mandatory skills

1)Working experience or knowledge of Oracle database

2)Working experience or knowledge of CAD Application skills
3)Working experience or knowledge of IT
Language :

Japanese:Native speaker preferred
Chinese: Daily conversation level
English: Basic reading and writing
