工作职责：
1、建立和保持与客户的高效沟通，提升客户的满意度

2、协调客服和现场之间的操作，实施计划操作
3、制定客服管理手册，定期培训、指导客服人员，提高他们的业务能力、服务意识。
4、全面了解掌握客户的基本操作要求和流程，并对其进行完善。
5、帮助客户处理解决紧急特殊事件。
6、及时与客户核查确认有问题的相关费用结算。

任职资格：
大专以上学历，英语听、说、读、写能力强。

具有2年以上相关海运仓储客服工作经验（最好有出口仓库操作经验）。
熟悉海运（CFS）及分拨仓储业务、熟悉仓库操作系统、熟练掌握办公操作软件。
优秀的人际沟通和协调能力，良好的管理能力和团队合作意识。
