Responsibility
工作职责：
1) System management and operation for data center.(include system monitor daily, system logs analyzing, OS updates, patches, configuration changes, installing and configuring hardware and software, account management, system performance tuning)
2) Server room and network equipment management
3) VMware system management and monitor
4) Database operation and management
5) Data & system backup
6) DR & DRP
7) Security assurance
8) Technical support and troubleshooting
9) ERP(AS400+Movex) system management and support,(AS400 system admin, account management, performance tuning,..)
10) Project implementation
11) Documentation and Report (SOP, operation manual, reporting…)Experience required
经验要求：
1) Windows server family production operation and management experience is necessary.
2) 3~4 years ERP system operation/maintenance experience
3) Deep understanding of data center operation of the whole enterprise
4) Project management skill and experience is necessary
5) Information security management knowledge and experience
6) VMware buildup and optimization experience
7) 2~3 years AS400/DB2system management and operation experience is plus.
8) Database management experience in SQL server 2005/2008, Win SQL/VB Script language etc.Qualification required
资格要求：
1) Bachelor degree or master degree in computer science and technology or related fields
2) At least 3-5 years working experience in foreign enterprise and relevant industries
3) Microsoft Certificated System Engineer (MCSE windows 2008)
4) IBM AS400/DB2 system/database operation certification is plus
5) At 2 papers certification in ITIL, PMP, ISO27001
6) Good oral and written EnglishCompetency required
