Requirements:
职位要求：
1. Bachelor degree with technical major, such as engineering or computer science.
本科学历，主修技术类专业，例如计算机科学与技术；
2. At least 2 years system administration experience, particularly in windows family production and SQL/Oracle data base knowledge.
至少2年系统管理经验，熟练windows产品及SQL/Oracle数据库知识；
3. Familiar with technical management process, able to work out operation manual and guideline.
熟悉技术管理流程，可以书写标准操作手册和准则；
4. At least 2 years Data center operation experience that have practical exposure and administration experience in data center.
至少2年数据中心操作经验，拥有实践和管理数据中心的经验；
5. AS400/DB2 knowledge and experience is a plus.
熟练AS400/DB2知识和经验者更佳；
6. In-depth understanding of Office system, particularly Microsoft family server architecture, installation, maintenance, and upgrade.
非常了解office系统,特别是微软服务器的构建,安装,维护和更新。

Responsibilities:
工作职责：
- Responsible for the data center architecture design and server operation management, make sure 24x7 availability of data center.
- Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
- Perform daily system and regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
- Perform daily backup operations
- Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
- Perform regular file archival and purge as necessary.
- Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
- AS400 system and DB2 database administration.
- Perform Level 2 industry control system maintenance and support.
- Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
- Provide deep-level support/maintenance for windows servers, database and hardware maintain. Include SQL2000/SQL2005/Oracle 8i/windows 2008 Data center Edition,
- Cooperation/support with regional data center for whole regional strategy
