Position: PMO/SDP 主管

职位概述

提供IT PMO支持，包括IT项目进度跟踪及定期监督。

作为源头人，负责部门或公司规章制度的资讯事宜。

工作职责

l 安排每周PMO会议

l 安排月度CAB会议

l 与项目经理一起跟踪项目进度、预算、危机和成功

l 安排内部SDP/快速释放进程

l 根据公司规章、政策要求，安全保管所有PMO文件

l 完成主管安排的其他工作

基本要求

l 本科及本科以上

l 了解工作流开发

l 良好的沟通与组织能力

l 积极进取，以人为本

l 良好的电脑能力，特别是办公软件

l 英语六级

能力

l PMP证书

l 2年以上编码经验

l 2年以上秘书、行政支持经验

l 高级口译证书

Position: PMO / SDP Leader
Job Summary:
Provide administrative support to IT PMO as well as other principles including IT project schedule tracking and accommodation arrangement under regular supervision;
Serve as resource person for standard departmental and corporate procedures and practices.
Responsibilities:
l Manage weekly PMO meeting;
l Manage weekly CAB meeting;
l Work with IT PMs to track the schedule, budget, risk and milestones for all IT projects;
l Manage internal SDP/Rapid Release process
l Manage and maintain all of the documents of PMO in a secure, organized manner consistent with appropriate company procedures and policy requirements;
l Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Basic Qualifications:
l Bachelor's degree or above;
l Understanding of workflow development
l Good communication and organization skills;
l Proactive attitude, people oriented;
l Good computer skills, especially MS office.
l CET 6
Preferred Qualifications:
l PMP certificate
l 2+ years of experience of coding
l 2+ years of secretarial or administrative supporting experience
l The high class of Shanghai interprets certificate
