Job title: Project Lead

Location: ShenZhen

Job Description:

-As a project leader, lead and work with the team of Document Management System design and development;
-Responsible for researching and developing deliverables of the components in C#/ASP.NET application with high quality;
-Work with product manager, PO, QA and all kinds of stakeholders throughout the entire development cycle;
-Coordinate with other project leads, architects.

Job Requirements/Skills:

-Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Management and System Program;
-Expert knowledge in C#/ASP.NET, Expert at C#/ASP.NET design patterns and object oriented design techniques;
-Strong understanding of Java, C#/ASP.NET standards and development practices;
-Experience in evaluation of design tradeoffs and performance, fault tolerance, and scalability in large system design;
-Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and structured software development practices;
-Strong understanding and experience with XML, JavaScript and AJAX is a plus;
-Strong understanding and experience with Adobe flash builder, Adobe flex SDK and NetBeans is a plus;
-Having experience or demonstrated ability to lead a team;
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
-Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin.
