Title: AP Accountant

Roles and Responsibilities:

w Recognize and confirm accounts payable, make IR voucher and record them in SAP

w Check payment request and post X-entries to book expenses

w Record and control concerned expenses such as duty, tax and freight

w Prepare weekly payment proposal

w Prepare and complete documents for foreign exchange payment

w Clearing accounts payable when bank teller settles payment

w Record and control other account payable

w Prepare input VAT reconciliation monthly

w Quarterly make A/P reconciliation, review AP and prepayment status and GR/IR open items

w Other assignments as necessary

Skills and Knowledge Required:

w Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or similar area

w With more than 3 year's working experience in accounting area

w Experience in SAP or other ERP system preferred

w Logical thinking capability

w Diligent & responsible

w Self-motivated and good adaptability

w Good team player and interpersonal skill
