Job Description
Help the CS manager to create the service manuals for all launch models;
Help the CS manager to create the service parts managing system;
Help the CS manager to create the service standard and criterion;
Help the CS manager to do the service management;
Provide the service training for all the distributors;
Provide the qualified service support to sales for important business issue;
Provide the professional technical support for distributors and field issues;
Collecting an following the field quality issues;
Provide the further technical support for call center;
Requirements
Should be a patient person with emotion controlling skill and listening skill;
Should have good communication skill;
Must have the service sense and understand what does service meaning;
Must have the sense and skill to judge the important job and urgent job;
Have the ability to learn the new technical knowledge and grasp it;
Have the good skill of MS office usage ( PPT, Excel, Access, Word , etc );
Have the training skill;
Willing to travel both domestically and overseas on short notice;
English skill (Read, write and speak);
Have the sense to obey the instruction from direct leader;
Must be a honest person with clean hands.
