职位描述

Expectation of the Successful Candidate shall possess the followings:

- The expected successful candidate must act as an overall controller for the Industrial
- Technical Service division and manage the Technical Service opeations.
- The successful candidate shall possess strong business performance controlling (i.e., provide key business perpsectives and contribute alternative scenarios and outcomes), contract management, risk management and process optimization skill. Knowledge in taxation and banking related matters.
- The successful candidate shall possess strong analytical mind and business sense with sound time management skill, and the ability to work under with mutitask ability.
-S/he should also have strong remote management skill to manage his/her direct and indirect report in different locations.

Responsibility:

Business
- Take part in the formulation and execution of management strategies and business operation with reference to external market situation to help achieve the Divisions target business goals
- Recognize the potential impact of the changing market, industry, system and technological environment on the business, and draw management attention to significant issues
- Provide key business perspectives and contribute alternative scenarios and outcomes in the Division’s business decision making process
- Seek to understand proactively the business cycle and operation of the division such as sourcing, demand projection, production, sales, shipment, service scope and business challenge in order to contribute to the Division’s business performance
- Evaluate the potential consequences, risks, costs and benefits of business proposals and options using robust financial models, technical expertise and an understanding of key business drivers
- Communicate and explain the financial objectives approved by the Management to the staff of the division and support them to drive for results

Operation & Administration Controls
- Review the various contracts of the Divisions including the agency agreements, purchases, sales and service contracts to ensure proper risk management, and compliance with the policies and guidelines of the group and the Division and the relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the execution of the contracts to ensure contracts terms and relevant regulation are complied.
- Make recommendations to improve the business operation process and procedures and facilitatethe implementation ofinformed management decisions
- Implement and maintain sound controls and efficient mechanism on administration of the Division
Financial Accounting
- Implement and maintain a sound financial accounting system, and guide the staff of the division to implement it and comply with the related policies and procedures fully and consistently
- Ensure that the finance and accounting activities are consistent amongst all departments to best support the Division’s strategic and business goals
- Consolidate all accounting data inputs from departments, validate the data, generate financial reports, take prompt action to correct any technical errors and ensure complete data integrity Manage and control operating costs according to the approved budget, internal Limit of Authority and financial control measures
- Provide financial accounting support to business initiatives in respect of invoicing, price adjustment, stock control, accounting record update, etc.

Treasury and Banking
- Present financial models, conduct detailed calculation on the assumption data, formulate bases of measurement to guide cash flow preparation and cash/loan decisions
- Prepare funding and bank facilities requirements to support the business requirements
- Provide timely update of the Divisions working capital requirement to facilitate the managements understanding offunding positions and necessary funding arrangements, and its decision on borrowing/capital and FX decisions
- Identify appropriate banking products that meet the Divisions financial needs, consult and recommend to the Financial Controller banking facilities and/or products to protect the Division’s interest

Tax
- Establish and maintain a taxe-fficient and compliant structure for the Division
- Update all the related staff of the Division of any changes in the tax regulations

Request:
- Bachelor Degree on Accounting, finance related
- Qualified accountant
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in finance & commerce management (min 4 years audit experience preferably in big audit firm)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Experience in ERP software is a must; good knowledge on MS office, especially excel.
