JOB SUMMARY:
This position exists primarily to provide quality leadership for the specific product line, to define and implement quality processes to meet or exceed customer expectations, and to foster a proactive environment that promotes defect prevention and continuous improvement.

AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY:
? Review and maintain quality control system (e.g. policies, procedures, master samples, reports, drawings, analytical methods, specifications, SPC etc.)
? Monitor, evaluate, analyse the key indicators of product and process quality (e.g. Reject, External PPM, Customer Complaint, FTNT, etc.) to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality control systems.
? Keep responsible managers promptly informed of product or process nonconformities.
? Evaluation of scrap and rework parts, and disposition.
? Conducting of internal process audit.
? Support project teams on the effective ramp-up of new project (e.g. PPAP documentation, measurement and test report, etc.)
? Address customer concerns and complaint, and follow up with corrective and preventive actions.
? Prepare complaint to sub-supplier.
? Provide support and training to QS personnel on the quality control process (e.g. roles, tools, tracking, standard, responsibilities, etc.)
