Job Description：

• Solicit feedback and identify opportunities from Asia industry which will help direct and lead IPC standard development projects that promote best practices for electronic industry. Enhancing the influence of IPC standards by bringing in industry influencers to the standards groups.
• Coordinate standardization plans with IPC HQ.
• Keep close contact with the standard committee chairs and make sure the standards development activities are working out as planned and vitality is maintained.
• Manage the technical team, prepare budget input and manage activities within that budget.
• Manage online technical committee resource tools, including committee pages and provide technical support and communication to IPC Members and IPC Staff regarding interpretation of standards and applications of technology.
• Increase adoption of IPC standards in the industry;  Participate in marketing promotion activities, including development of related materials to supplement standards such as sales tools, webpages, presentations, trade magazine articles etc. regarding standards and technology; presentation at promotion activities etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Education Bachelor’s Degree in science or engineering 
• Experience and/or Training 10 years of work experience in electronics or related field with at least 5 years of leadership experience and project management related experience. 
• Familiar with IPC standards and experienced in how IPC standards are used inside a company.
• Experience with internal standards development is minimum and experience with industry standards development is preferred.
• Familiar with how the electronics manufacturing supply chain works.
• Fluent speaker of both Mandarin and English.
