职位描述

Tasks

- Booking and follow up with supplier (Follow key process to ensure each shipment is collected and delivered on time)

- Coordinate operations and activities in France (warehouses, clients, supplier..)
- Coordinate with departments within the company (sales, customer service, marketing..)
- stock control and inventory

- invoice control and follow up
- take care of day to day tasks and ability to respond quickly.

Abilities :

- Know how to use Excel, Word, OpenERP (not required),

- Fast learning
- Used to work under pressure
- Team worker and organised
- Flexible

Language:

Speak and write French fluently



Experience :

minimum 1 to 2 year in logistics and e-commerce company
