Job Duties:
* Receive and transfer the telephone content, internal & external information
* Write letters in English according to the requirements of CEO
* A rrange for travel schedule, and meeting for CEO
* Submit the documents to the CEO for signature.
* Keep and maintain the filing for CEO
* Arrange the official activities for the company
* Translate documents into two foreign languages like oral, file, letter, report, internal information and Memo
* Be responsible for creating the all kinds of Order no. in Bipo and inform related department
* Prepare order file and by-file to related department
* Coordinate and implement the marketing activities include event, Exhibitions and Conferences
* Be responsible for release and keeping marketing communication materials such as brochures, promotional gifts
* Distribute sales functional area related documents timely and accurately and translate if necessary.
* Communicate with customer and take responsibility when sales person and/or PM not in office
* Cooperate closely with all departments to achieve the company target
* Finish other tasks relevant to this position

Requirment:
- Bachelor Degree Major: Business Administration, English or related major
- Excellent written and spoken English
- About 1 year work experience as an assistant field, preferable in a foreign company
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Quick response and efficient working style
- Detail oriented and active working style
- Well organised and goal oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and work under pressure
- Decision maker
- Team work spirit
