Job Contents:

× Design and develop the concepts for products and machines
× Take the responsibility of product technical design.
× Work out constructive solutions and assign the work to subordinate employees, develop the logical interconnection constructively through variation on existing functions and elements
× Work out and evaluate the solution draft in consideration of the functional, material, production-orientated and economic factors and coordinate with other relevant departments
×Create work schedule, if necessary explain the selected alternatives in detail
Implement constructive studies of function, layout and design, choose /make a little change of the elements.
×For localizing the existing machines, assemblies and components for customer orders or BM-Layout, analyze, evaluate and work out constructive solutions draft in consideration of local conditions, assign the work to subordinate employees and adjust ×Arrange measurements, tests, functional tests; pay attention to special requirements of the existing constructions, create and adjust drafts and concretize the constructive solutions.
×Define materials, shapes and manufacturing processes, arrange tests and examinations make technical lists and work out special details.
×Obtain and check necessary construction documents, examine feasibility and function constructively, and discuss about and suggest constructive changes so that the subordinate employees can work out the production - orientated drawings from draft.
×Implement technical calculations for dimensioning of the parts and assemblies, which are to be designed, using formulas (e.g., masses, volumes, diameters, stability, torque, pressure loads, etc.)
×Determine / introduce specific employee training
×Select, manage, assess and promote of employees in the area of responsibility to ensure long-term corporate success with motivated employee
×Provide guidance to subordinates concerning ethical practices in any related activity
×Cooperate closely with all departments to achieve the company target.
×Finish other tasks relevant to this position

Requirment:
- Woman preferred
- Bachelor Degree Major: Mechanical Engineering or related major
- Good written and spoken English
- Excellent knowledge of design programs, e.g. CAD, 3D Solidedge modelling & drawing, ERP/Bipo System maintain
- Familiar with complex design and assembly
- About 5-8 years related experience in E&D department in manufacturing industry and minimum 1 year as supervisor/manager of a similar team
- Solid technical know-how
- Structured thinking and problem solving oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work independently and work under pressure
