Job Title:

Factory Test Manager

Responsibilities:

• Drive cost/time saving improvements from concept through implementation
• Respond promptly to on-call support requests
• Work with Test engineers and external factory to provide accurate test times.
• Make sure factory Test process is documented and evaluate Test coverage.
• Track Factory Test issues from multiple CMs.
• Work with CMs to collect and review Test Yields and CPK data across programs.
• Work with Engineering Team to help improve yields.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience with production testing involving automatic test equipment and computers
• Experience with test methods for wireless technologies such as LTE, WCDMA, CDMA, GSM
• 3+ years’ experience leading a small team
• 5+ years’ experience in a successful high-volume production environment
• Good oral and written communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s degree or above

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of RF testing and calibration techniques
• Application Tool Development experience
• Experience with Qualcomm tools such as QXDM, QDART, QSPR, QRCT, QPST
• Experience with Quality Management and Production Metrics
• Experience with SMT Manufacturing process and troubleshooting device defects.
