ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Adherence to SYKES policies on ethics and integrity
? Provide a high level of technical response to the customers
? Ensure that all communication with customers is within the guidelines of the client
? Follow the prescribed problem resolution procedures
? Handle customer's product usage questions
? Ensure that cases and callbacks are logged in accordance with the Data Quality guidelines
? Reach and maintain the level of technical competence and customer service skills as required for the post
? Ensure that all data is collected accurately
? Ensure that service levels are achieved as communicated by the Account Manager
? Be willing to follow the working time assigned by immediate supervisor
BASIC CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required. ? Bachelor degree or above
? Native level in English, Thai, Vietnamese or Indonesian both oral and written
? Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage
? IT education background or at least 1 year related IT experience
? Knowledge of computer Operating Systems, Internet and network
? Experience on PC troubleshooting (hardware and software), repair and maintenance
? Understanding of basic computer architecture
? Call centre experience would be an advantage
? Solid communications skills
? Could demonstrate customer service mindset and skills
