Works with stakeholders from all business units and related third parties to define and document business processes and software requirements for technology initiatives, including project tools and business information systems.
Job Description
- Analyze and model the business domain to create a complete picture of work-flows and technical requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed software
- Define the business problem and primary objectives of new projects. Identify and validate the key business requirements
- Lead cross-functional business process and continuous improvement efforts
- Evaluate potential software solutions and the system architecture to ensure that they meet business requirements
- Create functional requirements in use cases. Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with user representatives that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs.
- Applying best practice for effective communication and problem solving
- Organizing training for personal for new workflow process and new technical solutions
- Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing project cost
Requirement
- Bachelor of Business Informatics and above
- 6 years experience in modeling and implementation of new bussness processes ，4 years experience in implementation of IT related projects
- MS-Office - excelent (VBA), Lync, SAP - professional (ERP/FICO, ERP/HR, ERP/MM, ERP/WM, ERP/S&D, ERP/Project, ERP/Production)
- Understanding of systmes engineering concepts
- Ability to listen actively by summarizing, asking clarifying questions
- Strong project management, analytical, problem solving capabilities
- Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysisa and modeling techniques and methode
- Ability to work in cross-cultural enviroment

The new headquarter for KHS China is located in Shanghai - KHS Filling and Packaging Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and is responsible for all activities including pre-sales consultation, single machine/complete line order, turnkey project, after-sales, and spare parts for Chinese market which are delivered directly through our new central warehouse based in Shanghai. We are fully confident that the new setup will help us grow together with our business partners.
