主要工作内容和职责：

• Responsible for all lab business of East China both in direct sales and distribution sales.
• Execute and reach sales goal, strategy and activities of related regions.
• Develop and polish lab distribution network, manage and coordinate with lab distributors in East China.
• Develop key customers in related regions, arrange visits, maintenance and other related work reasonably.
• Master the technical knowledge and application of related products; ability to provide product solutions and            training to customers.
•  Understand and analyze market situation to provide accurate information for decision-making;
• Actively support the company to implement instrument exhibitions, seminars, industry conferences and other market activities.
• Complete the temporary work assigned in time.
• Timely submit relevant reports required.

• 负责华东区域实验室产品的销售及推广；包括直接销售和分销管理；
• 完成公司既定的销售目标、战略和活动；
• 管理区域内经销商，根据公司规划发展和完善经销商网络；
• 开发区域内的重点客户，合理安排拜访、维护等相关工作；
• 掌握相关产品的技术知识和应用；能够为客户提供产品解决方案和培训；
• 了解、分析市场动态，为决策提供准确的信息依据；
• 积极配合公司开展仪器展会、交流会、行业会议等市场活动；
• 及时完成公司分配的临时性工作；
• 及时提交公司要求的相关报告；

Bachelor degree or above; Major in food Science and Engineering, bioengineering, chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmacy and related major；Master degree preferred;

General laboratory equipment sales experience is preferred;

Fluent English both in written & verbal; Be able to read product related materials in English;

Good operation of Office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).

Frequent business trip is available;

Strong adaptability, can quickly adapt to the new working environment, and actively fit into the team;

Good psychological quality, able to work under pressure;

Serious and responsible to work, have aggressive spirit;

Be honest and reliable; Good communication skills;

本科及以上学历；食品科学与工程、生物工程、化学工程、制药等相关专业；硕士学历优先考虑;

有通用实验室仪器销售经验者为佳；

英语良好，具备一定的书面及口头交流能力，能够阅读与产品相关的英文资料；

熟练掌握Office办公软件（Word、Excel、Powerpoint等）；

能够适应出差工作；

较强的适应能力，能够快速适应新的工作环境，并积极融入团队；

良好的心理素质，能够承受一定的工作压力；

对工作认真负责，有进取精神；诚实守信，具备良好的沟通能力；
