Major Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and carry out best feasible consulting solution to both Bayer internal and external customers

- Screen market dynamics in chemical industry and advanced polymer material related field

-Ensure early identification of technology trend in chemical industry

-Propose and evaluate new ideas in collaboration with cross-functional Bayer expert teams

Requirements:

-Master degree or above in chemical engineering/process or reaction engineering/technology

-Working experience:>3 years for master or 0 year for Doctor

-With broad knowledge on chemical industry, and familiar with chemical reaction, process, equipment, catalyst,etc.

- Good at data-mining and information searching, collecting and analyzing

-Independent thinking, problem-solving and structuring skills

- Excellent communicating and presenting skills

- Fluent in both oral and written English
