Major Responsibilities:
主要职责：
- Provides capable application of process analyzer systems, e.g. modeling, model extension and model development for spectrometers;
- Second-level support particularly for advanced analyzer systems within his assigned plant area,such as chromatographic systems e.g. GC and wet chemical methods
- Executes project work according to application and engineering concept for installations in field of major competence; prepares cost estimation for process analyzer systems; prepares documents; supports field construction activities including PAT systems loop-check, commissioning and start-up at clients facilities; verifies proper installation of the systems
- Analyzes and select materials and/or equipment best suited for application requirements in analyzer systems
- Provide application support for online analyzers(commissioning and start-up) for PAT engineering projects;
- Provides (or supervises) consulting and application services to the customers; acts as consultant in field of his major competence for others in different areas of PAT application
- Maintaining PAT lab, including spare parts and consumables inventory to ensure the ability to support Production in all areas of PAT maintenance;
- Maintains close working relationship with PCT, project managers, project engineers, other discipline engineers and plant maintenance engineering personnel to assure coordination with other disciplines
- Communicate with internal and external customers;
- Maintains awareness of environmental and energy compliance requirements on each assignment and works to meet those requirements
- Contribution to the technical development of PAT
- Supports business development of PAT application solutions (e.g. SpectroBAY, BaychroMAT) on marketing and sales
- Ensure HES compliance of all activities within the assigned area.

Capability and Competence:
要求：
- Education: Master Degree in analytical chemistry or similar field preferred;
- Knowledge (acquired information necessary to do the job)
1) of relevant field of analysis methods;
2) of a basic understand of the general engineering principles of other disciplines;
3) Level of knowledge required: intermediate
- Work experience in analytical chemistry or similar field (e.g. pharmaceutical analysis) for more than two years is preferred
- Work experience in application and maintenance of on-line analyzers is preferred
- Good communication skills with a strong sense of responsibility;
- Efficient in operating Office software, such as Work, Excel and Power Point etc.;
- Open minded, eager to learn, responsible and good team spirit;
- Knowledge of foreign languages (Employee’s self evaluation)
- Fluent-written & oral English
