职位描述：

1、负责建立、维护、优化和发展零售事业部销售管理系统。

2、沟通、协调、支持业务团队达到执行目标。

3、协助项目经理管理预算、成本、供应商和主数据。

4、评估系统性能和用户体验，通过系统覆盖/门店访问和店内执行跟踪报告，来推动销售团队提高执行质量，以实现KPI 及改进。

5、支持销售相关的新项目。

其他要求：

1、有外企工作经验者优先

2、熟练使用office办公软件（Excel、PPT等）

3、本科学历，全日制优先

Job Description:

1. Responsible for establishing, maintaining, optimizing and developing the sales management system of the retail business division.

2. Communicate, coordinate and support the business team to achieve the implementation goals.

3. Assisted the project manager in managing budget, cost, suppliers and master data.

4. Evaluate system performance and user experience, drive sales team to improve execution quality through system coverage/store visits and in-store execution tracking reports, so as to achieve KPI and improvement.

5. Support sales related new projects.

Other requirements:

1. Working experience in foreign company is preferred

2. Proficient in office software (Excel, PPT, etc.)

3. Bachelor degree, full-time is preferred
