Position Description:

  To execute preset sales strategies, with the objective of meeting sales targets in designated geographic and market segments, within the limit of relative policy and budget. 

  

Functions, Duties, Tasks:

  

• Implement the company's sales policy, pursue sales leads, promote products and service, within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to meet or exceed sales target.

• Visit existing and new customers, assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and service, respond to more complex customer requires; identify, research and contact prospective customers and build positive relationship that will generate future sales and repeat business.

• Plan the distributors’ development, and optimize distributors’ network.

• Negotiate prices and deliver times within limits of authority and conclude sales order to meet revenue targets.

• Achieve the money collection target and assist Sales Adm. Dept. to regularly update customers’ credit limitation to allay the risk of bad debts.

• Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organisation so that they can respond to change market conditions and customer demands.

• Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.

  

Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications):

  

• Education/Experience: Bachelor and above degree, majored in Animal Science. At least 1 years working experience in relative function.
• Specific knowledge & skills: good product knowledge and technical background.
• Good skill in communication, presentation, conflict management, interpersonal relationship and problem solving.
