KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Deliver allocated performance targets for various product .
2. Maintain relationship with customers and deliver superior customer service to ensure customers' needs are met.
3. Provide financial planning advice to customer by delivering proper asset allocation, suitability assessment and other available tools to meet customer needs.
4. Maximize customer profitability through disciplined relationship management and cross-selling.

6. Must comply with their respective Money Laundering Prevention Procedures and be alert at all times to unusual or possibly suspicious customer activity, and should report any suspicious activity to AML 7.Surveillance Team and line manager as well as directly to the Country MLPO in urgent or exceptional circumstances.
7. Learn and understand all relevant regulations and internal Risk & Compliance policies and procedures
8. Ensure compliance of Management Manual, Operating Manuals and company's laid down knowledge of the various products offered by all departments.
9. Keep updated on the events in the financial industry.

10. Participate actively in training program, meeting, briefings organized by the company and ensure skills and knowledge acquired is applied to daily work.
11. Ensure timeliness & managing customer's complaint.
12. Other then above roles, job holder should follow other job duties and responsibilities assigned by line manager from time to time.

Quality requirement:
1. A university graduate
2. Preferably having sales experience gained in the banking and financial services industry.

3. Sound knowledge of financialproducts, services and procedures, equities markets, unit trusts other personal investment and lending services are preferred
4. Basic investment counseling and analytical skills
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to deal with all levels of people, often in complex and difficult situations
6. Team player who shows initiative and assertiveness
7. Self-motivator who is keen to upgrade, improve personal knowledge and skills to meet job requirements
8. Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
