ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

工作职责:  

Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.  

Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.

Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, competitive activities and discount rates.   

Directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals. 

Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and assist in promoting sales.    

Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.

Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.  

Prepares periodic corporate sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. 

Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.

通过市场分析确定客户需求、价格计划、竞争活动以及折扣等；

    

通过建立销售领域、配额和目标，指导渠道开发活动和协调销售分配；

    

分析销售数据、制定销售政策以促进销售；

    

和销售代表一起提供大客户销售报告；

    

与大客户沟通，协助销售代表维护关系、谈判和关闭交易；

    

定期准备公司销售报告的展示，包括销售量、销售潜力、客户发展等；

    

监控和评价竞争活动、产品等。

    

    

    REQUIREMENTS    

任职要求:

    

1. At least 5 year working experience in Papermaking and PMC industry;

    

2. Sales, sales service or application related working experience;

    

3. Good English skills；

    

4. Home office.

    

    

1. 5年及以上造纸PMC相关工作经验；

    

2. 销售、销售服务或应用领域等相关工作经验；

    

3. 英语听说读写良好；

    

4.住宅/家庭办公，需要经常出差。
