Job Description: A combined job of Field Service Engineer and Applications/Process Engineer for ADT dicing equipment and blades. He/She should be capable of doing process evaluation for diversified applications on customer production floor, as well as providing onsite technical support to our customers. This would include installation and qualification of equipment, routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair and operation and maintenance training. After initial training at ADT office in Shanghai he/she is expected to support local customers out of home (or alternatively at allocated customer/agent office). Occasional traveling to distant customers may also be required.

Qualifications: Desirably an engineering degree in materials, mechanical or electronics. Up to 3 years of experience in process development (as an Applications Engineer) or maintenance of equipment as Field Service Engineer.

Languages: English Shall be able to handle conversation (at least at basic level) . Shall have good reading/writing skills so as to write reports independently and manage all inter-company communication by e-mails.

Personal: Able to learn quickly and independently, communicative, reliable, teamworker, creative, curious, friendly. Shall have technical and analytical skills, systematic and methodological thinking, patience and tolerance and ability to perform well under stress/pressure. Shall be ready to travel in China.

Location: Resident of Shenzhen or Guangdong Province (Guangzhou, Dongguan, Huizhou) or Shenzhen
