Summary of Job Duties and Responsibility
To provide overall supervision of all field personnel, sub-contractors, technicians and technical resources including design teams, as needed to ensure efficient utilization of labor and maximum profit on contracts. Program and administer contracts so as to achieve maximum returns and client satisfaction
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project Management lead for the region with responsibility for multiple teams and projects across the Greater China region.
- Playing an instrumental role in winning new projects and variation orders (VO)
- Attend key Client meetings acting as the technical lead
- Ensure the quality and timeliness of service delivery to clients, acting as the primary interface to help maintain and build client confidence.
- Manage and develop client relationships
- Provide leadership and direction to the PM project teams, and attend key Client meetings
- Manage employee productivity and performance
- Manage job profitability of projects.
- Ensure quality standards are met.
- Ensure that the ethical policy and anti-bribery legislation is strictly adhered to.
- Program and administer contracts so as to achieve maximum returns and client satisfaction.
- To actively promote and process variations ensuring the maximum opportunities on each contract.
- Manage job profitability. Effective and efficient administration of project accounts, management of job costing
- To take personal responsibility for the accurate and timely completion of "cost to complete" analysis and assist in the preparation of the monthly financial profit analysis reports.
- Promote and foster a strong project management team culture and open and transparent communication.
Skill & Knowledge Requirements
- Degree educated Minimum 10 years' experience within construction section, preferably in the security projects
- Fluent in English and Chinese language skills. Has comprehensive ability in effective communication at all directions
- Full and comprehensive knowledge of project management and execution and delivery in contracting business. Security industry experience a plus.
- Is dedicated in meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
- Gets first hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services.
- Acts with customers in mind.
