Reports to:e-Commerce and Connection Manager

Location:Shanghai

Key Responsibilities & Critical Success Measures

• Looking after day to day operation of online stores by setting up regular meeting with TP, checking store performance, and support TP team and WGS finance team in the joint operation
• Working with TP to align an effective eCommerce sales/promotional plan to maximize eCommerce KPI including GMV/ UV/conversion rate and ensure best ROI; adjust and improve operation base on business ongoing; provide related support such as GWP production etc.
• Initialize and implement promotional activities in peak sales season to maximize store performance
• Working together with brand team to deliver assigned brand activities, such as NPD launch in eCommerce platform, social and eCommerce integration etc.
• Supervise TP in eStore design and implementation, ensuring brand guideline in visual design and eCommerce content and communications
• Coordinate with brand team and agency to implement content marketing on eCommerce platform to elevate store traffic and conversion, particular on new traffic tool such as short video / live streaming
• Support marketing team and brand ambassador to initialize and implement DTC store O2O activities and RM programme.
• Data tracking and consolidation to provide stores performance review, competitor information for planning; coordinate with 3rd party agency to implement IP management online
• Support sales team for 3rd party eCommerce operator management

Essential:

• 5+ years consumer product industry experience in eComm or related functions, experience in spirits or luxury industry is a plus
• 3+ years ecommerce experience is a must, experience with Tmall/TP or JD is preferable
• Great communication skills
• Quick learner and have proven record to pick up a new skill in a short period of time
• Self-motivated and persistent in get things done
• Strong IT Skills (excel/powerpoint/word)
• Data-driven and insightful
• Fluent in written and spoken English
