Responsibilities工作职责

- Deal with the day to day secretarial work of the professional department, and arrange the departmental schedules

- 负责税务/审计部门行政及后勤保障工作，安排部门日程

Requirements任职要求

- Bachelor Degree or above

- 本科及以上学历

- Fast and accurate typing skills; Good computer skills which must include Microsoft Word and Excel, proficient in PowerPoint

- 快速、准确的打字技能；良好的计算机技能，熟练运用办公软件

- Good command of English

- 良好的中文表达和英文阅读能力

- Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills

- 良好的沟通协调能力和组织能力

- Good time management skill and telephone manner
