职位描述
工作职责：
1、主要为各区域公司提供有效精准的招聘服务，包括但不限于招聘渠道拓展维护和优化，人才挖掘和招聘等；
2、主导各式人才面试安排和其它招聘全过程，能够确保一流的候选人经验以及企业契合度；
3、与不同职能部门协作以吸引，招募和整合人才，提高招聘全流程的个性化应聘者体验，增强企业雇主品牌和行业知名度；
4、研究，收集并进行困难招聘职位或城市的市场情报分析，且定期进行其它各项招聘数据分析并改进招聘策略以促进招聘效率；
5、主导各种现场招聘会和校企合作项目，能以高效务实的专业精神传递和维护企业雇主品牌；
6、进行与人员相关的其它招聘引导工作，包括但不限于入职引导、入职带教、入职培训等，以促进公司企业文化粘性；
7、其它人力资源团队共同工作支持。
任职要求：
1.本科以上学历，人力资源、心理学专业优先；
2.5年以上人力资源行业经验，2年以上制造企业招聘相关经验佳，有猎头背景佳；
3.具有英语书面以及口头表达能力，出色的招聘经验及技巧，熟悉招聘流程及各类招聘渠道；
4.性格开朗，亲和力佳，沟通能力佳，数据逻辑能力佳，有责任心和强执行力，优秀的结果导向。
