职位描述

Position Summary:

? Lead the commercial responsibility for China Rigid foam business, with some mixed of Molded and Specialties business. 

? Serve existing accounts, included key/strategic accounts, customer sub-segments and look for growth. Work towards on yearly based AOP short term. 

? Hunt new opportunities, develop growth pipelines for long term strategic plan.


Role Responsibilities:

? Work towards agreed yearly sales plan in order to meet or exceed set sales targets.

? Prepare forecasts (Revenue) on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

? Frequent customer (direct and distributors) visits of existing customers base in China.

? Working on global Key-Account customers and local Leading-Account customers within the sales region.

? Manage distributors with the customer projects.

? Interact with internal functions, such as Logistics, Finance, Legal, Operations for customers relative goods and service. 

? Lead and Manage the growth projects (direct or distribution), identify customers needs and market trends, coordinate internal ADE, RD resources for closing new opportunities. 

? Analyze sales data monthly, quarterly and yearly with constructive approaches on improving the revenue, volume and margin. 

? Demand planning review with customers (direct and distributors) in forecast system. 


Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

? Bachelor degree or above, prefer on Master Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymers industry. Or in business administration with rich experience in a commercial role within the chemical industry, prefer in PU industry. 

? Minimum 7 Years direct sales experience in the chemical industry, ideally in Polyurethane industry.

? Good technical understanding of complex customer requirements and make them simplicity and straight forward. 

? Strong Sales skills with high customer orientation, fast response with customers’ needs, with strong commitment on feedbacks, samples and time line. 

? Self-confident communicator interacting with customers, focus, dedications.

? Team player, adapt the cultures working in a global company, and cross functional teams, strong net-working skills.

? Global and open minded thinking, fulfillment local customer needs and develop, share, transfer opportunities to other regions. 

? Familiar with common Office application tools, Excel, ppt, word, prefer to have skills on using SAP and Salesforce.

? Willing to travel on a frequent basis (appropriative 3 days per week) is necessary.  

? Fluent in Mandarin and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

.? Master Degree in Chemistry, Polymers.

? 5+ years direct sales experience in Polyurethane industry.
