要求：

1 大专及以上学历；化学，生物及制药相关专业；

2 大学英语四级水平，有一定的听说读写能力；

3 生物制药科技公司采购及仓储相关工作经验3年以上；

职责：

1 建立公司采购管理流程，负责公司研发用物料，试剂，耗材等相关物品采购及物流管理。

2 根据药品研发及申报要求，建立物料供应商档案，评估供应商等级，并能配合注册部门进行供应商审计。

3 具备基本的商务谈判能力及成本管理概念，制定年度/月度采购计划，能够配合公司年度预算合理的完成采购任务；能够与供应商建立健康稳定的合作关系，并与商务，财务部门合作合理安排货款账期。

4 建立公司仓储管理流程，负责公司库房日常出入库管理及物料管理。建立关键物料余量报警机制，保证物料及时供应。

5 建立采购及仓储台帐，定期和财务、供应商进行核对，监督控制物料、资金运营情况。
