The Application Engineer will be:

应用工程师职位的主要职责：

- Responsible for all aspects of pre and post-sales engineering support of our customers and sales force including distributors and other channel partners.

- 负责解决客户及分销商在售前和售后的技术问题。

- Assisting customers to reproduce and resolve customer technical support issues with the product engineering teams in headquarters.

- 依靠总部的工程技术部门，协助客户重现问题并最终解决问题。

- Providing front line technical support by phone and email, prepare and present technical information for customer training sessions.

- 通过电话及邮件提供给客户专业的技术支持，能给客户提供技术培训服务。

- Producing demonstrations for trade shows and exhibitions.

- 为公司每年的展会提供演示系统。

- Diagnosing and repairing returned products.

- 分析并修理客户返修的产品。

- Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in CS/EE/Automatic, etc,.

- 具有计算机、电子工程、自动化及其它相关专业的学士学位。

- Strong programming skills in C/C++/C#, multi-tasks, multi-threads, good knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio and familiar with Windows/Linux OS， computer network

- 熟悉C/C++/C#编程语言，以及多任务，多线程编程，熟悉Microsoft Visual Studio ， Windows及Linux操作系统 和计算机网络。

- Familiar with hardware tools, such as oscilloscopes, soldering station, multimeter, etc,.

- 熟练使用下列工具：示波器，焊接台，万用表等。

- Experience in electronic imaging including CCD/CMOS sensor technology, optics and lighting or image processing software like Matlab/Labview will be an advantage.

- 熟悉CCD/CMOS技术，光学及图像处理软件Matlab/Labview将是加分项。

- Strong in spoken and written English, at least CET-4 or similar.

- 不错的英语口语及书面能力，至少通过CET-4。

- Able to travel at short notice in China and oversea.

- 适应在中国及海外地区的短期紧急出差。
