MTM is one of the most upscale spa and skin care brand, now we are inviting a passionate, creative and high caliber candidate to join our team in order to cope with our business expansion.

Responsibilities

· Formulate and develop marketing plan and strategies in accordance to the business goals and targets.

·Formulate CRM strategies for customer retention and drive initiatives for customer acquisition.

·Identify market trend and consumer insights for the exploratory of business opportunities.

·Spearhead the development and implementation of marketing programs including advertising, PR, CRM, tactical promotions in alignment with the brand equity and positioning.

·Direct and drive excellence in the execution of marketing materials including print ad, press release, leaflet, catalogue, DM, eDM, webpage, collaterals and visual merchandising in alignment with the brand direction and brand identity guidelines.

·Analysis and review the effectiveness of marketing programs to ensure the achievement of business objectives and performance.

·Develop budget plan, monitor and control the effective use of marketing expenses.

Requirements

· University graduate in Marketing or related discipline, MBA is preferable.

·At least 8 years of marketing and brand management experience, with 3 years in managerial level, preferably in the Beauty / Luxury Retail industry.

·Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and leadership.

·Good analytical, organization, communication and interpersonal skills.

·Familiar with MS Office, Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.

·Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).

·Track record of China experience will be an advantage.

·Immediate available is preferred.
