1．大学毕业或相应的学历

2．较流利的中英文口语和读写能力

3．至少有8年以上的货运公司海运销售经验

4．必须能够开发新客户和制定自己的销售计划，并根据计划有条不紊带领销售团队进行实施，完成既定销售目标和任务；

5．必须能够在加入公司一开始贡献货量

6．必须能够准确地回应海外分支机构的具体询价和任务

7．必须能够与服务供应商和承运人保持密切的关系并对成本与收益做出评价

8．具有良好的职业操守、开拓进取精神，能承受工作压力

9．具有良好的公关能力、语言表达能力、组织协调能力
